As usual, if you have any more details be sure to post a comment. I am interested in knowing where this happened and whether their were any incident reports. Perhaps we can do a little better than yesterday.
Bill English: You have already proven in the last thread that you are not quite the English guru that you claim to be. Jimmy John knows more about English than you do, give it up.
Earnie, In this case Bill is right. If you're going to try to rip someone, you should be able to justify it. Taking shots without being able to back it up is lame. As for the picture, I would expect there to be another set of wheels on the trailer, which seem to be missing unless they fell through the part of the bridge that is still standing.
Old Greg, I wasn't really trying to rip anyone, I was just saying that Bill English should remove the stick from his buttocks and stop worrying about petty errors in spelling and grammar. This isn't an English awareness website, so no one cares.
Old Ass Greg: Are you really trying to stick up some someone who has contributed nothing but a couple of smartass, irrelevant comments about Quintem's grammar? Let's be honest, that guy is a douche...
Looks a little photoshoped to me. It is just a little too perfect as to how it is set flush with the ground level. I agree with Old Greg on the missing wheels. Where did they go?
Okay, I agree with you that his comments don't really hold a lot of significance, but you should have commented on that instead of wrongly accusing him of bad English. Rather than discuss the photo (which Quintem invites you to after every post), you guys jump on any reason possible to ridicule others with immature insults. This website is entirely based on conversation and the comments you are making are destructive to that. I realize this comment is hypocritical because it has nothing to do with the pictures, but thats my point, and thats the last I'll post about it.
Some part of the house would have to be on an angle if there were another set of wheels on the front or back of the trailer. Something would still be on the road in front or behind the set of wheels hanging over the water. Photoshopsters strike again.
Look at the shadow on the house. It makes it seem as if the sun is close to being right above the house, but if you look at the fence on the left side of the picture, the shadow is either not there or not in the same position relative to the sun and the shadow on the house.
Old Ass Greg - You are more of a hypocrite than you realize. Of the four comments you've posted, three of them have nothing to do with the posted photo. Sounds like you're the one being "destructive" to this website. And let's be honest, does your "opinion" on what's good for the site really matter?
This photo is not photoshopped! It is my home! I am a troll and decided to upgrade my domain. I have also hiked up the toll price to install a new improve drive thru, a porta-potty, drive-in theaters(sorry I only show commercials due to the high volume of traffic), and an offset ramp for fishing. The circular devices under my house are flotation device for non-swimmers who would like to take a dip. Swimming is free of charge. Just watch for brown floaters from the troll upstream.
I'm no good at the photoshop, so I'll leave that judgement up to you, though it does appear that the home is visible in the reflection in the water, and that there was significant damage to the side of the home. I'm thinking it was a width issue and not a weight issue. The driver just rammed the side of the bridge with the home and knocked the bridge off it's supports.
